Instruction requires consistency. All monthly sessions are prescheduled by the 25th of the current month for the following month.

Reading sessions are held weekdays between 3pm and 7pm.

If you are unable to consistently schedule sessions for your child, your place in the program will be offered to another reader.

Reading session are held at the Alexandria, Granville or New Albany Library or at your home within 5 miles of these locations (day dependent).

Sessions for the upcoming month are pre-paid on the 25th of the month when sessions are booked and confirmed.

Cash or Payment Apps are accepted.

Emergencies happen.

If your child is ill, but can still participate, if your car is acting odd, if you’ll be out of town, but the caregiver is available, you have the option of one virtual session per month if you are not able to attend a scheduled and prepaid session in person.

If you are unable to attend a virtual session, one session per quarter may be rescheduled at available times.

All notifications for virtual sessions or reschedules should be texted or emailed by noon the same day.

These policies also apply to your instructor.

Progress and monitoring notes will be available on the 25th of each month to caregivers and teaching teams.
